It started with a riff
My career in communications began on the other side of the Pennines in 2001 with a marketing role at Manchester Camerata. My time with the orchestra gave me all the fuel I needed to seize two fabulous opportunities within the not-for-profit sector: the first with the higher education representative body, Universities UK, and the second with Eureka! The National Children's Museum.
My move from in-house to agency followed in 2004 when I started working at one of the north's leading PR agencies. Here I managed a mix of national consumer, business-to-business, sports marketing and public sector accounts.
Every ounce of this experience gave me the knowledge, passion and drive to go it alone and start Conway PR.
